Description

NAVICP-Mechanicsburg plans to establish a fixed price award fee PBL requirements contract covering repair and replacement spares for the An/SLQ-48 and AN/SQQ-32 Systems. Roughly 600 various repairable and consumable stock numbers for both systems cover the Navy=s requirements. The successful offeror shall function as the Government=s Commercial Stock Point for these spares in support of domestic requirements including the performance of all routine inventory management functions including receiving, shipping, tracking, warehousing, reporting and scheduling. The goal is to improve the availability and reliability for the weapon systems while simultaneously reducing overall support costs. The Navy's individual requirements as outlined above shall be separately clinned with a fixed LOT price for each year. Full PBL support shall cover a five year base period. Additional five tw o-year options may be exercised for a total period of performance not to exceed fifteen years.
