Description

PRON: AX1F5385AX, NSN: 1560-01-263-7790, PN: 7-211511204-9, Quantity 62 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. This will be restricted to two approved sources, Fenn Manufacturing Company (8 2001) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 62 each 375 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 238 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 62 each 313 Days After Contract Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
