Description

The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole source purchase order for parts to refurbish LCAC rudder actuators to the actuator manufacturer, TACTAIR Fluid Control, Liverpool NY. These component parts are being procured on a sole source basis since they are manufactured to critical tolerances to insure the integrity of the actuator system that steers the LCACs. There are 51 different parts required for the refurbishment comprised of packings, shims, capscrews, piston rods, actuators housings, valves and other assorted parts. NAICS is 332912.
