Description

This is a modification of a synopsis previously printed to extend the posting and proposal due dates. The synopsis should read as follows: The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for a cost-per-copy photocopier program that will require a vendor to supply approximately 132 copiers to facilities across the State, under one contract that will include maintenance. This will be a multi-year contract with a base of 2-years and 3 option years. The contractor shall provide a cost-per-copy monthly copier service, with unlimited copies, to include all copier equipment, maintenance, and supplies, exclusive of paper. Vendors wmay be required to demonstrate their products. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prep ared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements.
