Description

GSA/FTS, Great Lakes Region is announcing its intent to issue a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Tri-Com Incorporated, Countryside, IL, for installation of voice and data cabling to include voice and data jacks and telephone equipment. Service is deemed to be available only from the original source in this case of a follow-on contract/agreement, it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's remaining requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice to be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government for future requirements will consider all proposals submitted by the designated response date. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The statement of work can be requested via e-mail.
