Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15, 4101 S. 4th St. Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS will be issuing a solicitation on behalf of the VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The Clinic will provide Primary Care Services to eligible veterans and shall be located in the Kirksville, MO area. The Contractor shall provide health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions, and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of the enrolled patients. The term of the contract will be for one base year with four (4)one year options to renew. The solicitation will be issued o/a October 26, 2001 with proposals being due o/a November 16, 2001.
