Description

The Social Security Administration has a requirement for snow removal and de-icing services in Baltimore (Woodlawn), Maryland. The Contractor shall provide the necessary supervision, labor and equipment to remove snow and ice from approximately 11 miles of roadway, 72 acres of parking lot and 18 miles of sidewalk. The period of performance shall be for a one year base period with four 1-year options. Solicitation SSA-RFP-02-0006 will be available on the website on or about September 27, 2001. There are attachments that must be mailed out, therefore, all potential offerors are requested to notify the Contract Specialist if they plan to submit a proposal. These services will be acquired utlitizing Commercial Item Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.
