Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period of December 1, 2001 through November 30, 2002) and 2 option year periods (December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003 and December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004) for Oak Ridge, TN. These specifications cover the production of a newsletter requiring such operations as reproducibles, proofs, printing, folding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 18 print orders. 8 pages. Approximately 5,000 copies. Government to furnish: Disk is provided on Mackintosh platform running System 7 or higher and including Adobe PageMaker, Version 6.0 or higher and Microsoft Word, Version 6.0.1. or higher. RESTRICTION ON LOCATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES: All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) order under this contract must be located within a 50-mile radius of Oak Ridge, TN. Material to be delivered by agency to contractor's plant. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Oak Ridge, TN; Powell, OH; and Washington, DC. Production time 3 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
