- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Crane & Company Inc. for Non-distinctive (Banknote Creme). This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered Note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Purchase Threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
