Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 16,191 rentable square feet yielding 14,079 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Orlando, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Orlando, Florida within the following delineated areas: AREA IN VICINITY OF ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: WEST: Highway 527 (aka Orange Avenue), SOUTH: Highway 528 (aka East-West Expressway), NORTH: From Route 50 east to Semoran Boulevard north to University Boulevard, heading east, EAST: Route 434 (aka Alafia Trail). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Secured parking is required per local code and ordinance. Space must be ready for occupancy on July 1, 2002. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
