Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, National Wetlands Research Center, Lafayette, LA, has a requirement to acquire Portable Photosynthesis System. The equipment must meet the following requirements: (1) integrated light source with digital, user-specified light intensity control, (2) field durability (ie, screen capable of absorbing impact, resistant to high humidity) (3) changeable, portable battery system that does not require the system to be powered down (4) battery system that can power the light source and IRGA, together, for extended periods of time (5) relatively large, standard universal leaf cuvette (~5-6 cm 2; broad leaf trees,), with tripod mounts (ie., to secure firmly above water) (6) user-friendly integration software with autoprogram options (e.g., for A-Q curves and A-C curves, at minimum) (7) good -- click under Additional Information to view complete announcement text
