Description

FSC: 9390, NAICS: 339999 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure a Search Radar Radome Assembly, part number 53711-7485527 and Track Radome, part number 53711-7485531. The Search Radar Radome Assembly is a domed shaped, low Radio Frequency (RF) Insertion Loss fiberglass Radome. It is approximately 40 inches in diameter and 28 inches in height with a weight not exceeding 18 pounds. Maximum RF Insertion Loss is specified at 0.5 dB across the band of interest. The Track Radome is a curved, fiberglass Radome, approximately 48.8 inches in height with an inside radius of 19.332 inches, covering approximately 120 degrees of arc. The Track Radome is specified with a maximum RF Insertion Loss of 0.75 dB, and a maximum RF boresight error of 2 milli-radians across the band of interest. The maximum specified weight of the Track Radome is 16.5 pounds. Both Radomes shall be manufactured with Low Solar Absorbance haze gray gel coat. The base quantity for each Radome is 60 each. The resulting contract will contain option provisions for each Radome for additional 60 each per year for three years. If fully exercised, the maximum quantity for each Radome is 240 each. Delivery is required to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment within 210 days after date of contract.
