Description

USDA. OCIO/National Information Technology Center has a requirement to renew software maintenace for the period October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002 for the following software: National Finalist, Mailers Choice and Streamweaver. The government plans to upgrade the software on mainframe IBM 9672-RX5(401 MIPS) to IBM 9672-Y36 (409 MIPS), serial NO. 50153. The government plans to issue a purchase order to Pitney Bowes Software Systems on a sole source basis. No solicitation exists. No telephone calls will be excepted. If vendors feel they can meet the requirement, please submit your response by November 7, 2001. All responses received will be evaluated by the government. A government will determine the best method of acquistion to meet its requirements.
