- Modification: This requisition is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE. It will be posted to the Web no later than 26 Oct 2001. Synopsis: This is a competitive requirement for the purchase of Cable Assemblies applicable to the LANTIRN Program. NSN: 5995-01-365-6745AY, part number 717513445-059, quantity of 14 each. The required delivery schedule is 30 Apr 2002. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD. Request for solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from this web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
