Description

The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis from NCS Corporation, 1385 West Goodale Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43212: One (1) each LPM-2000 HALOCARBON Electron Capture Gas Chromatograph Monitor. This item is specifically optimized for ANSI N510 absorber leak testing used with the Shipboard Collective Protection Equipment Program (SCPE) and Joint Collective Protection Equipment Program (JCPE). NSWCDD is award of no other source able to provide a Halocarbon Monitor which can test upstream and downstream with the following capabilities: onboard microprocessor control of data analysis and output, data output via RS 232 to PC for storage, direct data analysis and report generation, custom measurement reporting, and chromatogram and report output via printer or PC. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures on an all or none basis. The closing date is 29 October 2001. Anticipated award date is 30 October 2001.
