Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the preparation of demolition, design and construction documents, and for contract administration for modernization projects included in programs for Fiscal Years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up from the Authority's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., 3rd Floor, St. Louis, MO 63108 starting at 2:00 p.m. (CST) Monday, October 29, 2001. Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. (CST)in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 4100 Lindell Blvd. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 3:00 p.m. (CST), Tuesday, November 27, 2001 in the SLHA, Procurement Section, 3rd Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. All offerors must comply with Section 3 and MBE/WBE requirements.
