Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and working office space to provide for title services as required to close the sale of the Canyon Ferry cabin sites which are located approximately 22 miles east of Helena, MT. There are two line items requiring quotes (1) title services for a one lump sale to commence approximately in April 2002, and (2) title services to close 265 individual cabin sales to commence approximately May 2002 and continue until August 2005. Vendor must be licensed to conduct title work in the State of Montana. Quotes from other than small business will be considered if no quotes from small business are received. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
