Description

BATTERY, STORAGE NSN 6140-01-099-0251, PR NO. ARG01226045002. An Indefinite Quantity Contract is contemplated. Delivery 150 days. Option to extend for four years, Maximum Annual Quantity of 3520 each, Annual Estimated Quantity of 1760and Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 440. QAP 107. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Origin inspection required. Acceptance is at Destination. This is NOT a Critical application item. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under full and open competition procedures. Item will be procurred IAW SPEC NR MIL-PRF-81757/1D, DTD 2006 APR1 09, AMEND NR DTD M81757/1-4. QPL applies. Refer to Section L, Clause52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The government?s required delivery schedule is 150 days after receipt of order. The final contract award decision may be based on the identified vendor source based on past experience and performance and other evaluation factors.
