Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote under the number FA4452-02-Q-A006. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. AMC Contracting Flight intends to issue a purchase order for the following: two (2) each VOR (Very high frequency Omni Range) Antenna Assembly, MOOG Aircraft Group P/N: 136202-100, eight (8) each Line Matching Network, MOOG Aircraft Group P/N: 136337-100, two (2) each Phase Shifter, MOOG Aircraft Group P/N: N2448A. Shipment of the Antenna Assembly will be sent to two addresses, on or before 16 July 2002, in the following set configuration: one (1) each VOR Antenna Assembly, four (4) each Line Matching Network and one (1) each Phase Shifter shall be shipped to 60 CS/SCMW, ATTN: TSgt Chavez, 810 Outer Perimeter Rd., Bldg 1185, Travis AFB, CA 94535-2350, Phone (707) 424-2522. One (1) each VOR Antenna Assembly, four (4) each Line Matching Network and one (1) each Phase Shifter shall be shipped to 305 CS/SCMW, ATTN: TSgt Corey, 1901 East 3rd St., McGuire AFB, NJ 08641-5618, Phone (609)754-4718. Above items are spare parts to the MRN-23 Mobile VORTAC. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FOB Point: Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, along with the offer. The provisions at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
