- The USDA Forest Service, Southern Regional Office is soliciting proposals for Architect and Engineering services. This will be a basic ordering agreement to secure individual orders for professional architectural and engineering services. This agreement will be used to supplement in-house skills available within the USDA Forest Service, Southern Region, Engineering Unit as needed throughout the year.
