Description

The US Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services in support of the US Army Military Entrance Processing Center, Sioux Falls, SD. The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. The local exchange service provider certified by the state of South Dakota PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for the Military Entrance Processing Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Local communication service shall include, as a minimum, 11 flat rate business lines. All responsible sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition a concern will be considered small under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under 51331 and 51333. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format contained at FAR Part Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
