Description

Contractor to provide the services of a Radiologist proficient in Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Angiography, Computerized Tomography and intervention procedures during the periods of personnel shortage and work backlogs. Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform required services. Period of performance of services will be January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 with two option years to renew. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 1, 2001. Bidders must be located within a 50 mile radius of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, ID. Requests for solicitation documents must be in writing on company letterhead and may be by facsimile at (208)422-1139. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
