Description

Rental of one Fixed Wing Aircraft, Aero Commander 680/690 or equal with pilot, to conduct Marine Mammal Surveys in the Bearing Sea approximately April 1, 2002 thru April 15th, 2002. Estimate 50 to 60 flight hours. Aircraft requires two camera ports for the installation of Government furnished Thermal Scanner System and a Digital Photography System. Flights will be conducted 1,000 to 10,000 ft, ASL. Project includes initial survey with the option for continued services over the next 2 to 3 years. Certification under 14 CFR, Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators is required.
