Description

This solicitation to establish a 3-year Requirements type contract for the procurement of 400 HZ Load Banks to support PATRIOT 15 KW and 30 KW Tactical Quiet Generators is hereby cancelled. The Government originally intended to award a sole source contrac t to 400 HZ Repair, Ovilla, TX under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source as implemented by FAR 6.302-2. Since original synopsis in the CBD, additional sources have been identified and market research has been re-opened. Fu ture procurements for 400 HZ Load Banks will be competitive.
