- Description
- The Depth of Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Lab, Tripler Army Medical Center Hawaii has a requirement for 500/ea Piggback Specimen Labels and 100/ea Monarch Ribbons No. 11927740 for use on Govt-owned Monarch 9840 Barcode Printer. Label size 2.9 inch x 1. 7 inch 2.3 mil white polypropylene die cut 6-part perforated, 2,462 labels per roll on a 3 inch core. The Govt anticipates to award a FFP contract with 4 year options. Delivery shall FOB Tripler AMC HI in 4 quarterly shipments. Copy of bid package containi ng specs will be provided upon request.
