Description

Subject presolicitation noticed published in the Commerce Business Daily on 15 Oct 2001 and posted to FedBizOpps on 11 Oct 2001 is amended by adding the following: "The read library is now available via CD and will be provided for your review upon receipt of DD Form 2345, "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement". The library contains technical data that is subject to export control. Prior to review, potential offerors must submit a copy of an approved DD 2345 along with a letter from the Data Custodian designated on that form, authorizing access by whomever will be reviewing the library, to Attn: Linda Lehman, Air Force Research Laboroator/IFEB, 32 Brooks Road, Rome, NY 13441-4114 or fax to 315-330-3913."
