- The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Scientific Computation Research Center, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Troy, New York the task of analysising Muzzle Brake blast for next generation muzzle brake modeling and predictions of weapon systems for lighter vehicles. Note 22 and 26 apply.
