Description

Single award term contract for the Department of the Interior (US Geological Survey) located in Tallahassee, FL. Beginning January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002, with possible option years. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of books and pamphlets with self- or separate-covers, and flat sheets requiring such operations as electronic pre-press, printing (including 4-color process), binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 25 orders per year, requiring quantities of 25 to 5,000 per order. Page count will range from 2 to approximately 700 pages. Trim sizes: Books/pamphlets -- 8-1/2 x 11"; Flat sheets -- up to and including 25-1/2 x 11". Proofs required. Various binding styles, including saddle stitch and perfect bound. Looseleaf products fold, and drill/punch. Deliver f.o.b. destination predominantly to Tallahassee, FL; however, occasional order deliver to various other cities within the Southeastern United States.
