Description

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN HENDERSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA AMOUNT: A minimum of 8,583 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space for use. The space is to be delivered on October 1, 2002. LOCATION:First consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business Area of Hendersonville, NC. If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the CBA. All others within the expanded delineated area described below will be considered if adequate competition is not found in the Central Business Area. Space must be located in the following delineated areas: NORTH: Berkeley Road to Clear Creek road to Nix Road to Howard Gap Road SOUTH: Tracy Grove to Airport Road/Shepherd Street to Spartanburg Hwy to S Main Street to Church Street to Kanuga Road to Washington Street to 3rd Ave W to Blythe Street EAST: Howard Gap to Tracy Grove road WEST: Blythe Street to Haywood road to Asheville Hwy to Berkeley Road REQUIRE: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
