Description

The National Park Service is soliciting bids on a set-aside basis for small business, from qualified companies, for the Rehabilitation/Replacement of all windows of the Flamingo Restaurant in the Flamingo District of Everglades National Park, Homestead, Florida. The work consists of the replacement of windows with new Energy Star labeled windows which will be tailored to fit the energy needs for the South Florida climate and at the same time resolve the water and air penetration through the existing windows. All work will be performed and completed under a single contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitations will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about November 14, 2001. Hardcopy solicitations will not be issued. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
