Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 11/16/2001. Contractor shall provide thermal scale labels for use in various Hobart and Toledo scales located in commissaries on installations throughout Conus, Alaska and Hawaii. Labels will be shipped FOB destination in response to electronic orders placed to the contractor by the individual commissary. Payment will be made using the Government Impac Card and shall be placed 01 Jan 02 through 31 Dec 02 plus two option years. Label specification may include various colors and may require pre-printing such as: "SELL BY", "NET WT"/COUNT", "UNIT PRICE", AND "THANK YOU". Some of the labels are to be pre-printed with the USDA mandated safe handling statement for raw meat and poultry. Labels are to be used with, but not limited to Toledo Scale models 314, 315, 324, 325,8425,8427; Hobart Scale models 18VP, 18VPS, 1865, 5000 T, 5000 TE, SP80, SP1500, Ultima 2000; and TEC America HP18. This is not all inclusive of the types of labels being requested. A Requirements Type Contract is contemplated.
