- Resultant from legal advise, the following are DELETED: CLINs AB for Reserve Stock, Schedule B -- Certificate of Conformance and Special Provisions. The following are MODIFIED: Schedule A -- Bid Schedule, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors to price alone and the minimum annual purchase from 50 cases to 25 cases. The Government intends to consider multiple award if it is determined that multiple award is in the Government's best interest.
