Description

The Public Works Branch (PWB) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to procure services to provide maintenance, repair and installation of the Government own Fire Sprinkler Systems location on the campus of the National Institutes of Health and the NIH Poolesville Maryland campus for a basic 12-month period and four (4) one (1) year options periods. These option periods will be taken into consideration in the award determination. Solicitations will be issued on or about fifteen (15) calender days after this publications with a closing date approximately 30 days after date issue. All interesting parties can obtain a copy of the solicitation from the website indicated below. However, specification of each individual building sprinkler systems must be obtained by a written request. Request maybe faxed or e-mail to Patricia Pemberton, at (301) 480-7250. Included in your request address, point of contact, telephone and a fax number, along with identifying solicitation number. ONLY THE BUILDING FIRE ALARM SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE MAILED OUT, NOT THE SOLICITATION. This is 100% total Small Business set-aside procurement.
