Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking companies capable of providing parking spaces in close proximity to its offices at 14th & C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228. The parking spaces must be located within a 5-mile radius from the 14th & C Street, SW location. Approximately 100-273 single parking spaces are needed for employees use. Spaces shall be of sufficient size to accommodate either compact or sport utility-sized vehicles. The parking facility shall be clean, well lit, and paved; allowing for 24-hour access. There shall be security personnel to patrol the parking facility between the hours of 5:30 am and 8:00 pm with secure and controlled points of entry and exit. Companies capable of leasing parking spaces as outlined above should submit capability statements on their company to Cynthia Beckett at the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Office of Procurement, Room 705A, 14th & C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228.
