Description

Provide materials and services necessary to Repair Concrete Pier & Wharf, U. S. Coast Guard Station Rockland, Rockland, Maine. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete deck and kneewall patching and repair, replacement of wood chocks and wales, replacement of pilecaps, repair/replacement and recoating of metal bracing, repair cracks in concrete deck, beams, kneewalls and curbs, and incidental related work. Work includes a base bid item and a unit bid item. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 01-L00007 and Drawing No. 01-L00007 (Sheets 1 -- 11). All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
