Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with National Instruments, 6504 Bridge Point Parkway, Austin TX on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 30 ea, p/n: 778209-01 GPIB-ENET/100 HW. These spare parts support unique Project Beartrap mission requirements. This system contains critical items that impact the system configuration management & logistic support elements. Any changes to the fielded system configuration would require changes to the developed software, display sub system documentation and fleet training. The Government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with National Instrument. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
