- This is a market survey to locate a commercial equivalent for the AN/USM-481 VINSON Test Set. TheAN/USM-481 is designed to test Cables and Interconnecting Boxes (J-3513/A/U & J3514A/U) which interface with the TSEC/KY-57 and the AN/VRC-12 family of Radios.
