Description

A/E firm to provide all professional, technical, and investigative services to prepare working drawings, specifications, and provide construction period services for "Renovate Dietetics Area", at the DVA Medical Center, Iowa City, IA. VA will have the option to award design and construction period services for the subsequent phase of this renovation to expand clinical space in the vacated area (estimated construction of $1,000,000 -- $2,000,000). Estimated construction cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The area of consideration is within a 150 mile radius of this facility.
