Description

Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, parts, and other items and services necessary to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls and Repair on automatic entrance/exit doors for Los Angeles AFB, San Diego NS, Imperial Beach and Camp Pendelton Commissaries. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of December 1, 2001 through November 30, 2002, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend performance through November 30, 2004. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about November 9, 2001 with a tentative closing date of November 26, 2001. The anticipated award date will be November 29, 2001. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million.
