Description

The Federal Trade Commission intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Library of Congress FEDLINK contract to renew a subscription with ProQuest Information and Learning for ProQuest Direct ABI Global web service for the period 10/01/01 through 9/30/02. The ProQuest ABI Global service provides web access to a fully searchable database containing articles from thousands of journals, with an emphasis on business publications. ProQuest includes backfiles with coverage of some journals as early as 1970's. Over 3000 of the titles included in this service are available in full and/or image format. All responsible sources may respond with price and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Responses must be received prior to November 15, 2001. No telephone calls will be accepted. No solictation document exists.
