Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue (under FAR Part 12) sole source procurement to Up-To-Date Inc., 34 Washington Street, Suite 100, Wellesley, MA 02481. The quotation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICA is 51140 and the business size is 500. Up-To-Date will provide a one year Subscription for web-base programs that will provide current medical literature to the health care providers to, the 59th Medical Wing, (WHMC) Lackland AFB, TX. Line Item 0100, Subscription. Period of performance will be 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. FOB: Destination for delivery to Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), 2000 Berquist Drive, Lackland AFB TX 78236-5253. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any proposals received 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available. Shirley J.
