Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure 25 piggyback parking spaces at L'Efant Plaza East Garage with Colonial Parking, Inc. on a sole source basis to provide 25 parking spaces. Award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. This determination is based on examination of spaces in close proximity to its offices at 14th & C Streets, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used. This is a notice of intent, not a notice to request.
