Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers,Pittsburgh District, is interested in informally assessing the small business capability in the area of A-E services for Hydrology, Hydraulics, Water Quality and Geospatial Data System Services. The type of services consist of Hydrology, Hydraulics, Water Quality and Geospatial Data Systems. The package shall include the following: (1) Name and address of Company (2) Point of contact at the company, which includes telephone and fax numbers (3) Number of years in the business (4) Size of Firm and firm designation i.e. SDB, Women Owned, HUBZone certified, Service Disabled Veteran. (5) A current Standard Form 254 only, ( no SF 255 is required to be submitted) any additional technical data supplied is limited to 10 pages and (6) ACCASS Number ( if applicable). The NAICS code is 541370 and the size standard for this code is 4 Million, only firms whom meet the requirements for small business will be evaluated under this sources sought announcement. SF 254's must be submitted by 14 November 2001, late submission will not be evaluated nor considered in the agency's decision of determining market capability. Acknowledgement of receipt of technical packages will not be made. This announcement is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO PRICING INFORMATION SHALL BE SUPPLIED. Separate announcement will be made relative to any future RFP's issued. This sources sought announcement is requested for informational purposes and is meant to be an informal assessment of small business capability to perform the identified services. Information supplied by interested parties will be retained by the Government and will not be paid for by the Government.
