Description

Subject solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFP using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial I tems. The Western Regional Contracting Office in tends to establish a firm, fixed-price contract for Maintenance, Repair and Inspection of Vertical Transportation Equipment at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. The solicitation number is DADA13-02-R -0001, the NAICS code is 235950 with a small business size standard of $11.5M. This solicitation was previously advertised under solicitation number DADA13-01-R-0022, which is hereby cancelled. The contract will be established with a base period plus fou r option years, beginning on or about 01 January 2002. Prices shall include all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and incidental engineering and management required to perform the service. This is an unr estricted solicitation and is open to all responsible sources. The solicitation and resultant contract award are subject to availability of FY 02 funds. Anticipated release date of the solicitation is 09 November 2001 with an anticipated closing date of 30 November 2001.
