Description

The item to procure is a Control Grip Assembly. Requirements are 65 each and the resulting purchase order will contain a 200% option. Long lead items include plastic ejection mold & parts. Forging/Castings and Specialty Metals are required. Heavy Phosp hate MIL-DTL-16232 procedure is required. Quality Management Systems -- Requirements, ISO 9001:2000, 13 Dec 2000, tailored by excluding paragraph 7.3. or Quality Systems -- Model for QA, ISO 9002, 1994, untailored, is required. A first article test is requ ired. FOB is destination. This items is for use on the MK19 Grenade Machine Gun. Estimated issue date is 21 November 2001. All or part of this requirement is an unfunded FY02 requirement. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance w ith FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
