This amendment is issued to increase the quantity and add a one-year 100% option. PRON: AX050781AXAX, NSN: 5306-00-177-5723, P/N: 1-100-506-02, NOUN: Bolt, Internal Wrenc, QUANTITY: 3,980 each plus a one-year 100% option applicable to the T-53 Turbine Eng ine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 3,980 each 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing i s 3,980 each 180 Days DACA. This item is restricted to Honeywell Intl Inc, Cage Code 99193, Fairchild Fasteners, Cage Code 92215, and SPS Technologies Inc, Cage Code 56878 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activit y in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required it em described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
