Description

Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to procure MUMPS/CHCS computer programmer services for the Naval School of Health Sciences (NMCSD) Educational Programs located at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, California. Programmer wil independently lead in the analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of assigned computer-based programs supporting administrative and clinical operations of the NMCSD. Minimum requirements include experience as follows: 10 years of CHCS software development; 5 years of requirements analysis; 5 years of prototype development expertise; 5 years of software project management; 3 years in a military medical treatment facility; and 2 years of configuration management administration. The programmer shall provide services for 40 hours per week. Services required for a base year of approximately 10 months and three one-year o ption periods. The resulting contract will be commercial firm-fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Direct all questions via email to the Contract Specialist.
