This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Supplies/Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT to SBC DATACOMM FEDERAL SOLUTIONS. ITEM 0001 PROVIDE FULL ON SITE MAINTENANCE FOR EM-1 SERIAL #TC12883 COVERS ALL EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS INCLUDING THE GFR (DSS RECEIVER, VHS VCR, AND DVD PLAYER. PROVIDES FOR 24 X 7 TELEPHONE TAC SUPPORT, NEXT BUSINESS DAY REPLACEMENTS PARTS, SOFTWARE PROTECTION, AND 4 ON SITE PREVENTIVE/CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS. ITEM 0002 PROVIDE FULL ON SITE MAINTENANCE FOR LC5000 CUSTOM ROOM SERIAL #TC10339, PRESENTATION/VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM. COVERS ALL EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS AND INCLUDES CHARACTER GENERATOR. PROVIDES 24 X 7 TELEPHONE TAC SUPPORT, NEXT BUSINESS DAY REPLACEMENT PARTS, SOFTWARE PROTECTION, AND 4 ON SITE PREVENTIVE/CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WILL BE CONDUCTED JOINTLY ON BOTH SYSTEMS. Closing Date of Quote is NOVEMBER 20, 2001 1200 NOON Eastern Standard Time. Facsimile Responses are preferred at 757-462-4110.
