Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform the following items of work for replacement of the roofs on two buildings at USCG Station Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, NY: (1) Replace roof shingles on the Station building with new shingles and other roofing accessories. (Approximately 4400 sq. ft.) (2) Replace roof shingles on BM Shop Building (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) (3) Replace modified bituminous roof on a section of the Station Building (Approximately 200 sq. ft.). (4) Unit bid item for disposal of roofing as asbestos containing materials. (Approximately 6000 sq. ft.) USCG will determine if material is asbestos containing material prior to award of contract. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 235610 (formerly SIC Code 1761). The Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million.
