Description

The Bureau of the Census, Administrative and Customer Services Division, has a need to create a state-of-the-art conference room audio visual display system. This system will consist of a large plasma monitor, smartboard overlay, professional VCR with program speakers, plasma monitor cart and needed hardware connectors/cables along with documentation, installation and training. This system should allow persons with laptops to present from either end of a conference table with hidden cable connections. Installation will be at Census headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. Interested vendors should contact Roy Borgstede on 301-763-1795 by November 23, 2001 to set up an appointment to conduct a site visit. Site visits will be conducted the week of December 3, 2001.
